Payments & Cancellations

We realise that your time is important and we expect the same in return. We appreciate that sometimes circumstances make it difficult to keep appointments but where possible we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations to enable us to offer that appointment to another patient.

Veterans Affairs

We treat all Department of Veterans Affairs Gold cardholders.

Payment Details

We can process your HICAPS (direct health fund claim) at the time of your visit and the remaining “gap” amount must be settled on the day either via Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard or Amex. Deposits for major treatment can be made via direct bank transfer also. In the event of the claim not being able to be processed, the account must be paid in full and subsequently claimed by the patient at a later stage directly through the fund.
